Co-founder Michael Sherman saw this gap first-hand during his years as a banker and consultant — meeting countless capable people eager to invest, yet held back by cost, complexity, or a lack of trust.
So, he partnered with his son, Matt Sherman — to build something different: A platform that combines human financial wisdom with the speed and intelligence of AI, designed to serve everyone, not just the privileged few.

An AI engineer and architect with over a decade of experience in intelligent systems, Matt leads the development of Investwizz’s core technology — crafting tools that make investing smarter, more personal, and effortlessly intuitive.
Carolyn is an experienced strategy and customer experience executive. She started her career at BCG, where she worked across industries with an emphasis on customer strategy, revenue growth, and digital transformation. Most recently at Barclays UK, she was responsible for Customer Strategy for the retail bank, as well as managing the Online Banking platform.
Ray is a seasoned technologist with over 30 years of experience in enterprise and cloud software. He began his career at Oracle and went on to co-found two enterprise software companies, including Metasys, an Inc. 500 company. An early adopter of the cloud, he has led and helped several enterprise software companies bring their offerings to the cloud.
